In this post, you will learn how you can level up Quincy’s grades. Type Soul introduces players to a typical progression system in the form of Type Soul Grades.
In this game, all races, whether Quincy, Hollow, or any other, commence their adventure from Grade 5, to reach the Elite Grade.
However, the upgrade through these Grades is not an endeavor for the faint-hearted, particularly if you happen to be playing as a Hollow.
As you rank the Grades, you gain access to powerful abilities that can greatly improve your gameplay. These abilities are the keys to unlocking new levels and rewards within the game.

How Do You Rank Up As A Quincy In Type Soul?
Becoming A Lost Soul
To begin your experience as a Quincy in Type Soul, you first need to become a Lost Soul. This first step entails finding the Wanden Gate located in Karakura Town and embarking on it.
Once you’ve successfully moved through this gate, you will encounter a special statue bearing a glowing sword. It’s this statue that will give you the powers and responsibilities of a Quincy.
In Type Soul, not just Quincies but also Shinigami need to join the adventure by creating a link to go on missions. Completing these missions is a necessary part of ranking up.
If you accomplish this mission, you earn valuable experience points (EXP), a currency that’s important for advancing from Grade 5 to Semi-Grade 1.
However, here’s a caution: this adventure is a marathon, and ranking up within the Quincy order takes time and dedication.
From Semi-Grade 1 To Elite Grade
After reaching Semi-Grade 1, your quest as a Quincy doesn’t end, and to move further, you must accumulate additional Raid EXP, Grip EXP, and take down Hollow NPCs.
These activities, while challenging, are essential for moving to the Elite Grade. Raid EXP is earned by participating in raid battles, which are often intense and require cooperation with fellow players.
Also, Grip EXP is gained by sharpening your Quincy abilities and mastering the art of combat. And when it comes to Hollow NPCs, defeating them contributes to your progress, enhancing your Quincy skills.
