Dwarf Gadget in Stardew Valley ID is 122. You can use the ID on all platforms even on PC/Mac (Steam), XBOX One, PS4, and the Nintendo Switch.
Dwarf Gadget Spawn Help
You cannot spawn items in Stardew Valley via commands, it is done through a cheat where you will name your character, or give an animal name to the name of the item you want to spawn surrounded by [and].

Spawn Using Animal Name
You can also spawn an item in the animal’s name. to do this, navigate to Marnie’s Ranch, interact with Marnie, and buy the animal (Chicken will be suitable as it’s cheaper). Now, rename the animal [122] and press OK. The dwarf gadget item will be delivered to you.
Spawn Using Character Name
The character name can be set once at the beginning of the game when you are creating your world. For this sake, using the animal’s name method is good.

To use this method, first name your character to [122] when creating your world and save. With this name, when you speak to a villager that shows your name in dialogue (e.g. Gus at the Stardrop Saloon) you will receive the dwarf gadget item.
